Pizza was definitely 10/10 !' The customer service was on point, everyone seemed to be very friendly , the environment inside and outside was very relaxing. We said we would come back again and we will. They even have different merchandise with their logo and thought that was super cute too for a souvenir. Thank you again

Mia's continues to blow us away with their delicious handcrafted food and drink offerings, conveniently located close to Lake Pinecrest, Dodge Ridge, and Strawberry. We had an incredible lunch featuring their special fish and chips, cooked to perfection with a light crispy crust, complimented by a fresh and tangy house made slaw and potato chips that are prepared to order! We wrapped our order with their amazing scratch made cheesecakes - lemon and raspberry chocolate marble. Holy smokes!!! Seriously, this restaurant is way better than it needs to be, and we plan to make many return trips to enjoy their friendly service, wide array of cold drinks, and relaxed ambience either inside or outside on their beautiful covered (+dog friendly!) patio. If you plan to take a trip to the mountains, do not miss this gem!

Mia's is a staple that you have to try. It's super cute inside and out. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and does not stop moving. This place is busy because the food is amazing. Highly recommend reservations if you plan on going in during main meal hours. Last visit my family got Mia's Margherita and the New Yorker. The margherita was delicious but the New Yorker was superb. It's a different take but sooo yummy!

I'm so happy with the new ownership and leadership at Mia's! The food has always been good but the customer service has improved 100%. Even when I call on the phone I get friendly, courteous service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The start was a bit rough due to being short-staffed, but I understand how business operates--who isn't short-staffed these days? We had the pleasure of dining here with local friends during our weekend visit, and it was a fantastic experience. The pizzas were all delicious--we enjoyed a wide variety, including kids custom, combo, BBQ chicken, wild mushroom, and Verdi. The owner personally checked in with us at our table and thoughtfully offered our children a snack while we waited for our food, which was greatly appreciated. This level of hospitality and care, combined with excellent food, ensures that we will definitely return on our next visit. I do recommend reservations, it seems this is the only good place around and a local hangout.

A gem in Cold Springs, Mia's offers an extensive beer selection (they have wine, too!) as well as a menu with pizza, salad, and entrees and house made desserts. It was a little chilly outside the afternoon we visited, so it would have been nicer if it was warmer inside. Other than that we had great service and enjoyed our lunch.

Really enjoyed this spot. Has the feeling of a ski lodge but without having to worry about tripping all over people ski equipment. So many options for great beers and the pizza options are endless. Everything was very good and I felt like I could spend the whole day there if I could get someone to drive me home. Staff was very friendly and fun. We ordered all gluten-free pizza and it was some of the best I've ever had.

I did not expect to find top notch pizza in a rather remote area, but I was wrong. We are staying in an AirBNB in Cold Springs, and Mia's came highly recommended by the owners. We originally planned to stop in when we first arrived not knowing they were closed on Monday and Tuesday, but we finally made it in Sunday for lunch. Driving up, it looks like a cute cabin - plenty of parking in the rear of the building. They had a lovely outdoor area, but we opted to sit inside. Inside it's a bit more than I expected - a small bar to the right as you enter and a fairly large dining area to the left. I loved the beamed ceilings, the artistic mural and rustic feel. We were immediately greeted and escorted to a nice table by a window facing to the patio. Our server stopped by soon after to take our order. While our food took a bit to arrive, we just relaxed, enjoyed some wine (their beer and wine selections are quite good) and watched the pizza guy turning and flipping the dough. I attribute the wait to freshly prepared food rather than an understaffed restaurant. Every item I saw come out looked absolutely delicious! When our pizza arrived, I was surprised by the sheer amount of fresh, plentiful toppings. The onions and peppers (both green and red) were crisp, the mushrooms were fresh rather than canned, plenty of meat, a delicious sauce and a crust that was flavorful, light and crispy on the edges. I ordered a side of ranch because I always dip my crust, but found no need for any additional flavor. It was perfect as it was. My husband and I ordered a 12 inch, the smaller of the two options, and still only managed half of it. No worries, lunch for another day! Going out on a limb, but I am confident in saying this is the best pizza I have had since coming back to CA 4 years ago. Highly recommend a stop if you are in the area. Just be patient and prepared to have a relaxed meal - something I actually prefer. Thank you to Mia's for a delicious lunch experience!
